Adults BJJ.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for everyone — complete beginners, seasoned grapplers, and everyone in between. Gi and No-Gi training, structured technique, and a community that travels with you.

Who it's for

For everyone serious about training.

Adults BJJ is open to anyone 14 and up — no prior experience required. Whether you've never stepped on a mat or you've been training for a decade, you'll find a class that meets you where you are. We share the room with executives, athletes, parents, students, and competitors. The mat doesn't care who you are off it.

What you'll develop

  • Real Jiu Jitsu, properly taughtFundamentals, advanced concepts, and the connections between them — not just isolated techniques.
  • Gi & No-Gi proficiencyBoth expressions of the art, with consistent weekly classes in each. Train one, train both.
  • Strength, mobility, & resilienceThe kind of fitness you can't get from a treadmill. Functional, hard-earned, and lasting.
  • A pathway forwardFrom your first class to your first competition — or simply a lifelong practice. Both are equally welcome here.

Class format.

Five formats. One academy.

Adults at Entropy can train in any combination of five class formats: BJJ Gi (the traditional uniformed practice), BJJ No-Gi (faster-paced, rash guard-based), Intro Class (for first-timers), Open Mats (free training time on Saturdays), and Comp Training (for members preparing to compete). Most classes run 60 to 90 minutes. Members typically train 3 to 5 times per week depending on goals and schedule.

Your first class is free. No prior experience required.
