The mat is yours, the coach is yours, the hour is yours.

How it works

Simple, focused, on your terms.

Privates are scheduled directly between you and your coach — typically 60 minutes per session, available throughout the week. Most members book single sessions or packages of 5 or 10 lessons. After your first session, your coach will recommend a structure based on your goals: weekly check-ins, intensive blocks before a tournament, or supplementing your group training.
