Professor Thabet has dedicated over 15 years to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As a competitor, a coach, and a builder of community. What sets him apart is not just his technical mastery, but his patience, attention to detail, and genuine investment in every student. From the 3-year-old stepping on the mat for the first time, to the adult competitor preparing for a championship.
Vinícius Cruz
Carlson Gracie lineage · "Vinicinho"
Professor Vinícius "Vinicinho" Cruz is a legendary black belt from the original Carlson Gracie team. A historic figure in the roosterweight division, he has medalled at the World Championship, the Pan American Championship, and the Copa Company. Known for his old school style and mastery of the loop choke, he trained directly under Carlson Gracie himself, absorbing deep technical knowledge from the older generation of black belts.

Ladies Program Head Instructor
A pioneering figure in Middle Eastern Jiu Jitsu, Yara made history as the first Jordanian woman to medal at the Asian Games. A black belt and lifelong competitor, she leads Entropy's Ladies Program with world-class technique and a deep commitment to growing the women's BJJ community in Dubai.

Resident Coach
An accomplished black belt and Asian champion, Basel has represented Jordan in international competition throughout his career. Known for his sharp technical game and calm, methodical teaching style, he brings years of high-level competitive experience to every class.
Paul Weir
Coach
A two-time WBO world boxing champion, Paul dominated one of the toughest sports in the world before earning his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. His mastery across two distinct combat disciplines is a rare achievement, and he brings the discipline, precision, and fight IQ of a world-class athlete to every session.

A Jiu Jitsu black belt and entrepreneur, Mohamad is the founder and CEO of Gorillarolls, one of the UAE's fastest-growing BJJ apparel brands. He brings the same eye for detail and quality that defines his brand to the mats, helping students build strong fundamentals.

A dedicated brown belt leading Entropy's Kids BJJ program, Ian is known for his energetic, patient coaching style. He specializes in building confidence, discipline, and strong fundamentals in young students of every age and level.
