Ladies Self-Defense is for women 13 and up — no martial arts background required, no commitment to long-term training. Whether you're new to physical training or you've trained for years, this program meets you where you are. We focus on what's practical, what works under stress, and what you can use in your everyday life.
What you'll learn
- Situational awarenessHow to read a room, recognise warning signs early, and make decisions before a situation escalates.
- Practical self-defense techniquesReal-world skills built on Jiu Jitsu fundamentals — how to escape grabs, create distance, and protect yourself if you have to.
- Calm control under pressureThe ability to think clearly when adrenaline takes over — the most important skill in any self-defense scenario.
- Confidence in your bodyThe quiet confidence that comes from knowing what you can do — not from hoping you'll never need it.
Class format
Two classes a week.
Ladies Self-Defense runs twice a week — Saturday from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. Each class is 60 minutes, focused on practical scenario-based training, technique drilling, and the principles of staying calm under pressure. Classes are open to all levels. Drop in for one or commit to the full weekly rhythm.
